Tom began his career with Gould’s Pumps over 30 years ago as an Sales Representative. He progressed though many roles including Regional Sales Manager, Warranty Claims Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Global Process Expert for Gould’s Pumps and ITT Corporation.  In 2011 Tom became the Training Manager for Xylem – Gould’s Water Technology – Residential and Commercial Markets. Tom provides training using his wealth of experience and knowledge to provide training to Gould’s Water Technology Customers, Distributors, and Employees.
